Reunion posts $98,000 September operating loss; sales $1.26 million

New York, Oct. 30 - Reunion Industries, Inc. reported a $98,000 operating loss in September on $1.26 million in revenues, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.

The figures compare to a $174,000 operating loss for August on $1.16 million in revenues.

The net loss for September was $96,000, down from a net loss of $160,000 in August.

Reunion had $1.85 million in cash and cash equivalents at Sept. 30, compared to $2.02 million at the end of August.

Reunion, a Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of metal and plastic products, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 29, 2007. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-50727.
