Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 19 - Ressources Minieres Pro-Or Inc. said it is once more amending the terms of a C$1.08 million private placement of units that was previously amended on Aug. 11. The deal priced on July 9 for C$1.1 million.
The company now will sell 2.7 million units at C$0.40 apiece. Each unit consists of one class A share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable at C$0.60 for one year.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and particularly for the St-Augustin's Plant operations.
Pro-Or is a mining and exploration company based in Montreal.
