Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 11 - Ressources Minieres Pro-Or Inc. said it is amending the terms and the amount of a private placement of units that priced July 9. The company will now sell C$1.08 million of units, decreased from C$1.1 million in units.
The company now will sell units at C$5,400.00 apiece. Each unit consists of 12,000 class A shares, valued at C$0.45 each, and 12,000 warrants.
It had planned to sell up to 200 units at C$5,500.00 apiece. Each unit would have consisted of 10,000 class A shares, valued at C$0.55 each, and 10,000 warrants.
Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.70, decreased from C$0.80, for one year.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and particularly for the St-Augustin's Plant operations.
Pro-Or is a mining and exploration company based in Montreal.
