Offering sells 4,414,542 units at $0.10 per unit, company says in 8-K

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 8 - Respect Your Universe, Inc. completed a $441,454 private placement of units on Nov. 5, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 4,414,542 units at $0.10 per unit.
The apparel retailer is based in Las Vegas.
