Respect Your Universe to price C$5 million public offering of stock

Agent Salman Partners assists; proceeds will finance brand marketing

Knoxville, Tenn., April 19 - Respect Your Universe, Inc. will price a C$5 million public sale of its common stock with a C$750,000 greenshoe, according to a Form S-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Salman Partners Inc. is the agent for the deal, which is being conducted on a commercially reasonable basis.

Proceeds will be used for brand marketing, the opening of retail stores, general and administrative expenses and unallocated working capital.

The apparel retailer is based in Las Vegas.
