New York, July 8 - Resource Pacific Holdings Ltd. said it has completed a private placement for A$43.1 million.
The company sold 43.1 million shares at A$1.00 each to institutional and professional investors.
The proceeds will be used to develop the Newpac Mine in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Resource Pacific is a coal exploration and mining company.
