New York, Dec. 15 Atari SA announced that it will open the subscription period for 16 million of bonds in the Oceane structure.
There is a 2.4 million greenshoe option.
The issuer will sell the Oceanes at 0.35 apiece from Dec. 18 to Feb. 12.
The convertibles bear interest at 7.5% per year and will mature in 2020, according to a press release.
Proceeds will be used to refinance the companys 11 million Alden loan, which is set to mature on Sept. 30, 2015.
