Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 7 - Resolute Oncology Inc. raised $1.44 million in a private placement of stock on Feb. 4, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2.87 million common shares at $0.50 apiece.
The private Bridgewater, N.J., company offers cancer treatment products.
