Resin Systems plans C$20 million private placement

New York, Feb. 27 - Resin Systems Inc. said it intends to conduct a C$20 million private placement.
The pricing terms of the deal have not been set.
The offering will include a greenshoe for up C$5 million.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Resin develops resin-based communications infrastructure products.
The company's stock lost 8 cents to close at C$0.98 Tuesday (Toronto: RS).
