Craig-Hallum helps fund general corporate purposes, working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., May 8 - Research Frontiers Inc. priced a $3.49 million public sale of stock in a prospectus supplement filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 750,000 common shares at $4.65 apiece. The per-share purchase price is a 4.52% discount to the closing share price on May 7, $4.87.
Craig-Hallum Capital Group is the sole bookrunner.
Settlement is expected May 13.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes
Located in Woodbury, N.Y., Research Frontiers develops light-control coatings for glass and plastics.
