Research Frontiers plans to price a public offering of common shares

Bookrunner Craig-Hallum Capital assists in funding working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 27 - Research Frontiers Inc. plans to price a public offering of common stock and five-year warrants, according to a preliminary prospectus supplement filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Craig-Hallum Capital Group is the sole bookrunning manager.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Research Frontiers' stock trades under the symbol "REFR" and closed at $2.85 on Monday. The company's market capitalization is $55.6 million.

Located in Woodbury, N.Y., Research Frontiers develops light-control coatings for glass and plastics.
