S&P: No change to Res-Care loan

Standard & Poor's said Res-Care Inc.'s newly completed $375 million senior secured credit facility is $25 million higher than what the agency considered in its analysis.

The agency said the increase does not affect its corporate and issue-level ratings. The recovery rating of 1 is also unchanged.
