ResCare calls 10 5/8% senior notes

Seattle, Oct. 14 - ResCare, Inc. will redeem the remaining $30.4 million of its 10 5/8% senior notes due Nov. 15, 2008. The redemption is scheduled for Nov. 15.
On Oct. 3, the company purchased $119.6 million, or 80%, of its 10 5/8% senior notes, and the Nov. 15 call will redeem the remainder.
ResCare is based in Louisville, Ky., and provides residential, therapeutic, job training and educational support to people with disabilities and special needs.
