ATA Holdings receives extension to exclusive period

Houston, Feb. 22 - ATA Holdings Corp. received an extension to its exclusive period to file a plan of reorganization for another 120 days until June 23, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

ATA Holdings Corp., ATA Airlines' parent, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 26. The Dulles, Va.-based company's Chapter 11 case number is 04-19866.
