ATA Holdings hearing to approve disclosure statement rescheduled to Friday

Philadelphia, Dec. 6 - ATA Holdings Corp. filed a notice Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana to continue the hearing on approval of its disclosure statement to Friday.

The hearing was originally scheduled for Tuesday.

ATA Holdings Corp., ATA Airlines' parent, filed for bankruptcy Oct. 26, 2004. The Dulles, Va.-based company's Chapter 11 case number is 04-19866.
