ATA unsecured creditors committee member resigns

Pittsburgh, Nov. 28 - ATA Holdings Corp. official committee of unsecured creditors member Robert Grubin of Loeb Partners resigned from the committee, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

No replacement was named in the filing.

The remaining members are Thomas Korsman of Wells Fargo Bank NA; Arthur Calavritinos of John Hancock Funds; David Cotton of Flying Food Group LLC; Paul Wappelhorst of Airport Terminal Services; Jacki Pritchett of the Association of Flight Attendants and Erik Engdahl of the Air Line Pilots Association.

Mark Lawrence of Stanfield Capital Partners LLC resigned from the committee in June, and Steve Sapp of Goodrich Corp. resigned in December 2004.

ATA, an Indianapolis-based airline holding company, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 26, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-19866.
