ATA CFO Wing resigns

Washington, Dec. 13 - ATA Holdings Corp. executive vice president and chief financial officer David M. Wing left Dec. 8 "to pursue other interests," the Indianapolis-based airline said in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A successor has not been named.

ATA filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 26. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-19866.
