ATA Holdings lists largest unsecured creditors

Washington, Oct. 27 - ATA Holdings Corp. listed its top unsecured creditors in a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

Wells Fargo Northwest NA tops the list as the indenture trustee for $163.06 million of 13% senior notes due Feb. 1, 2009. It is followed by Wilmington Trust Co. as indenture trustee for $110.23 million of 12 1/8% senior notes due June 15, 2010. Citibank NA, as agent for the lending group of the unsecured portion of an Air Transportation Stabilization Board guaranteed loan, is the third-largest creditor with a $63.27 million claim.

Wells Fargo Northwest NA appears again as the trustee for $20 million of 9 5/8% senior notes due Dec. 15, 2005. US Bank is the next largest creditor with a $20 million claim for an advance under a co-branded credit card agreement with the Indianapolis-based airline.

ATA Holdings filed for bankruptcy Tuesday. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-19866.
