Moody's: Republic Services stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook of Republic Services, Inc. and subsidiaries to stable from positive and affirmed the company's existing ratings including the Baa3 senior unsecured ratings.

Waste sector volume and price growth across 2013 will be below levels that can enhance Republic's credit metrics and support an upgrade.

Moody's said it revised its industry outlook for the solid waste sector to stable from positive in August reflecting the more moderate growth expectations.
