Republic Services to draw on revolver to fund senior notes redemption

Kansas City, Kan., May 2 - Republic Services, Inc. will draw on its revolving credit facility to fund the redemption of its 6 7/8% senior notes due 2017, according to a news release.

Funds for the redemption will also come from cash on hand.

The notes will be redeemed on June 1.

Republic Services is a waste collection company based in Phoenix.
