Wexford sells shares of Republic Airways

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 12 - Investors led by Wexford Capital LLC reported the sale of 1,000,000 shares of Republic Airways Holdings Inc. common stock on Sept. 11 in a private transaction with the issuer at a price of $20.20 per share.

The transaction was reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons own 1,588,563 shares, or 4.1%, of the Indianapolis-based passenger and air freight service company.
