Reptron Electronics discusses possible note repurchase with holders

Des Moines, Nov. 16 - Reptron Electronics, Inc. announced that it is in ongoing discussions with some of its senior secured noteholders about a potential repurchase of their notes.

Jefferies Broadview, a division of Jefferies & Co. Inc., is acting as financial advisor to the company.

Reptron is an electronics manufacturing services company based in Tampa, Fla.
