New York, June 8 - RepeatSeat Ltd. wrapped its previously announced private placement for C$1,980,310.
The company issued 6,601,033 units at C$0.30 each.
The units are comprised of one share and one half-share warrant with each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.70 for two years.
The non-brokered offering priced on April 21 as a C$2.8 million deal of 9,333,333 units.
The proceeds will be used for working capital and marketing expansion.
Calgary, Alta.-based RepeatSeat is an entertainment services company focused on ticketing services.
