New Issue: Rentenbank prices upsized $1.75 billion 3.25% five-year notes at 99.54

Omaha, Jan. 31 - Rentenbank priced an upsized $1.75 billion of 3.25% five-year senior notes (Aaa/AAA) on Thursday at 99.54, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issue was increased from $1 billion.

Bookrunners were Credit Suisse Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets.

Co-managers were ABN Amro Bank NV, Bear Stearns International Ltd., Daiwa Securities SMBC Europe Ltd., Nordea Bank Denmark A/S and the Toronto-Dominion Bank.

The German agency for agriculture is based in Frankfurt.
