Rentech: Three appointed to official committee of unsecured creditors

Pittsburgh, Jan. 3 – Rentech, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Dominic Picard of 8672237 Canada, Inc. of Quebec City; Mark Elmore of TrinityRail Canada, Inc. of Dallas; and Dennis Corn.

Rentech is a Washington, D.C., wood fiber processing company, which makes pellets for heating and the utility and industrial power generation market. The company filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 19 under Chapter 11 case number 17-12958.
