Reno De Medici to repay term loan A with notes proceeds

New York, March 21 – Reno De Medici SpA plans to refinance its term loan A and existing floating-rate notes using proceeds from a €590 million senior secured notes offering, according to a market source.

The new notes will also be used to pay any related fees and expenses.

Reno De Medici is a European producer and distributor of recycled paper board mainly for the packaging industry.
