Moody's: Renfro unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said the proposed $55 million upsizing of Renfro Corp.'s term loan does not impact its B2 corporate family rating, the B2 rating on its secured term loan or its stable outlook.

The agency expects the company to use the proceeds to fund an acquisition.
