S&P ups, pulls Renewable ratings

S&P said it raised its ratings on Renewable Energy Group Inc. and the issuer’s debt to AA-, removed the ratings from CreditWatch with positive implications, where they were placed on March 8, and withdrew all the ratings. The withdrawal was at the issuer’s request.

The upgrade and withdrawal follow Chevron Corp. completing its acquisition of Renewable on June 13.
