Renewable Energy cuts conversion price of convertibles to NOK 38.2902

Minneapolis, Sept. 19 - Renewable Energy Corp. ASA adjusted the conversion rate on its subordinated unsecured convertible bond issue 2009/2014, according to a notice from loan trustee Norsk Tillitsmann AS.

The conversion price was lowered to NOK 38.2902 from NOK 45.7189, effective July 4.

The company lowered the price in connection with an offering of shares.

Renewable Energy is a Sandvika, Norway-based company active in the solar energy sector.
