Renew Energy disclosure statement hearing adjourned to Sept. 25

Pittsburgh, Sept. 17 - Renew Energy Holdings, LLC's hearing on approval of the disclosure statement for its plan of liquidation has been adjourned to Sept. 25, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

The hearing was previously scheduled for Sept. 17.

Renew Energy, a Jefferson, Wis., ethanol producer, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 30, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-19491.
