ReneSola gets financing via K&H Bank for solar project in Hungary

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 30 – ReneSola Ltd. announced it closed on long-term project financing from K&H Bank to develop an 8 MW KAT-licensed solar project in Hungary.

KAT is the Hungarian feed-in tariff scheme. The project is comprised of 14 individual KAT-licensed solar plants, each with a capacity of 0.5 MWAC. All 14 projects are expected to be grid-connected by October, according to a press release.

ReneSola said it has two more KAT-licensed project portfolios seeking project financing from K&H Bank.

ReneSola is a solar project developer and technology provider of energy-efficient products. The company is based in Shanghai.
