Remy Cointreau €150 million seven-year notes talked 5 3/8% area, to price mid-week

St. Louis, Jan. 4 - Price talk on Remy Cointreau SA's €150 million offering of seven-year senior notes (Ba2/BB-) is in the 5 3/8% area, according to an informed source.

The notes will be marketed via an investor conference call scheduled to take place at 12:30 GMT on Wednesday and could price as early as Wednesday afternoon.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

Banc of America Securities LLC and BNP Paribas are joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

Remy Cointreau is a Paris-based distilled spirits maker.
