Madison, Wis., Aug. 14 - Financiere Remy Cointreau SA/NV issued on Tuesday €65 million of 4% bonds guaranteed by parent company Remy Cointreau SA, according to a press release.
The 10-year bonds were sold to international institutional investors through a Regulation S offering.
The issue will allow the company to strengthen its resources and extend its debt maturity, the release said.
The wine and spirits distributor is based in Cognac, France.
