Moody's: Remy Cointreau view to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on Remy Cointreau SA's Ba2 corporate family rating and senior unsecured rating to stable from negative.

The change in outlook is based on the group's enhanced operational performance underpinned by more favorable sales trends in its Cognac division - albeit partly offset by a sharp decline in Champagne like-for-like sales, Moody's said.

Key to its resilient performance was the continued pricing activity, the agency said, and to a lower extent some cost discipline.
