Reliance holds roadshow in Canada for potential notes offering

Prospect News, Nov. 20 - Reliance LP continued a two-day investor roadshow on Tuesday for a potential offering of senior secured notes (Baa3/BBB/DBRS: BBB), informed sources said.

The company held the roadshow in Montreal on Monday and Toronto on Tuesday, with additional meetings scheduled for Wednesday, one source said.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt.

CIBC World Markets Inc. and RBC Capital Markets hosted the roadshow.

The Canadian water heater rental and heating and air conditioning service company is a subsidiary of Reliance Intermediate Holdings LP.
