India's Reliance may offer foreign-currency convertibles

Seattle, Jan. 3 - Reliance Communications Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will hold a meeting of the board of directors on Jan. 10 to consider raising funds through the issuance of foreign-currency convertible bonds, external commercial borrowing or other means.

Reliance is a telecommunications company based in Navi Mumbai, India.
