Reliance Communication board to discuss issue of foreign currency convertible bonds

New York, March 14 - Reliance Communication Ventures Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board will consider an issue of foreign currency convertible bonds.

The meeting will take place on March 21.

The Navi Mumbai, India, company provides communications services.
