Moody's: Regions view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on Regions Financial Corp.'s A2 senior rating to negative from stable.

The agency noted the negative outlook reflects the potential Regions could face sizable credit charges that strain its capital position.

These credit charges relate to its commercial real estate portfolio and home equity loan book, both of which have significant Florida concentrations, Moody's said.
