S&P: RegionalCare outlook to stable

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its ratings on RegionalCare Hospital Partners Inc., including the B corporate credit and issue-level ratings.

The outlook was revised to stable from negative.

S&P said the stable outlook reflects its view that RegionalCare has adequately addressed its operating difficulties, giving the agency greater confidence that operating results will be in line with its base-case scenario. This includes the expectation that the company will use only a modest amount of cash in 2014 and will generate modest positive free operating cash flow in 2015.
