Lloyd Miller reports stake of 8.2% in Regent Communications

Philadelphia, Dec. 11 - Investor Lloyd I. Miller III reported an investment of 8.2% in Regent Communications, Inc. as of Dec. 2, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 3,268,381 shares.

Regent Communications is a Cincinnati-based radio broadcasting company.
