Buyers named in $23.94 million Regeneration Technologies offering

New York, Aug. 29 - The investors in a $23.94 million stock offering from Regeneration Technologies, Inc. were revealed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday.

The investors for the private placement, wrapped on Thursday, include OFIL plc U.S. Emerging Growth Fund, USAZ Oppenheimer Emerging Growth Fund, Oppenheimer Discovery Fund, Henry C. Beinstein, Upland Associates LP, Neil Gagnon, Lois Gagnon, The Lois E. and Neil J. Gagnon Foundation, Gagnon Family Partnership, Gagnon Investment Associates, Gagnon 1999 Grandchildren's Trust, Zeke LP, MedCap Partners LP, MedCap Master Fund LP, Capital Ventures International, Special Situation Cayman Fund LP and Special Situation Fund III LP.

Pacific Growth Equities LLC was the placement in the deal.

As previously reported, Regeneration sold 2.8 million shares at $8.55 each.

The proceeds will be used for working capital.

Alachua, Fla.-based Regeneration makes allograft and xenograft tissue into shaped implants for orthopedic, cardiovascular and other surgeries.

On Monday, Regeneration's stock dropped $0.18 to close at $9.32.
