Regency Energy to start roadshow Tuesday for $650 million seven-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Nov. 27 - Regency Energy Partners LP will begin a roadshow on Tuesday for its $650 million offering of seven-year senior notes (B), according to an informed source.

The roadshow is scheduled to conclude on Dec. 7, with the notes expected to price the same day.

UBS Investment Bank, Lehman Brothers and Wachovia Securities will be joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A offering. Citigroup and JP Morgan are co-managers.

The notes will come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay the Dallas-based midstream energy partnership's $600 million term loan and most of its outstanding revolving credit facility debt.
