Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 14 - Regal Entertainment Group is planning a $250 million issue of 12-year holding company senior notes, a market source said.
An investor call was scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. ET, and pricing was expected on Monday.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.
The Securities and Exchange Commission-registered notes will be callable in five years at par plus 50% of the coupon.
The notes carry a three-year 35% equity clawback and a 101% poison put.
The Knoxville, Tenn.-based motion picture exhibitor plans to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
