Regal Entertainment to pay down term loan borrowings with notes

New York, Jan. 4 - Regal Entertainment Group plans on repaying term loan borrowings using proceeds from a $150 million offering of 9 1/8% senior notes, according to a market source.

Regal Entertainment is a Knoxville, Tenn.-based motion picture exhibitor.
