Regal Cinema $200 million 10-year notes talked at 9.375%-9.625%

St. Louis, Mo., Jan. 15 - Price talk of 9.375%-9.625% emerged Thursday on Regal Cinema Corp.'s offering of $200 million senior subordinates notes due 2012, according to a syndicate source.

The deal is expected to price Thursday, according to the source.

Credit Suisse First Boston is bookrunner for the Rule 144A deal. Lehman Brothers is joint lead manager.

The notes are non-callable for five years and are rated B3 by Moody's Investors Service and B- by Standard & Poor's.
