S&P: RedPrairie outlook developing

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on RedPrairie Corp. to developing from stable and affirmed its B corporate credit rating.

"The ratings on RedPrairie reflect its narrow product focus within a fragmented, highly competitive and consolidating marketplace, along with improved but still high leverage," S&P analyst Jennifer Pepper said in a statement.

A relatively broad customer base and comparatively stable operating margins only partly offset those factors, the agency said.
