Deal raises funds for exploration drilling of Santa Rosa Gold Project

Knoxville, Tenn., July 14 – Red Eagle Mining Corp. said it raised C$9.22 million in a private placement of stock.
The company sold 13,176,626 common shares at C$0.70 each. The price per share is a 10.26% discount to the July 13 closing share price of C$0.78.
Proceeds will be used for exploration drilling of the Santa Rosa Gold Project.
Red Eagle is a gold exploration and development company based in Vancouver, B.C.
