RealPage to launch $260 million incremental term loan on Tuesday

New York, Dec. 6 – RealPage Inc. is set to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday to launch a fungible $260 million incremental covenant-lite first-lien term loan due April 2028, according to a market source.
UBS Investment Bank and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are the lead arrangers on the deal.
Pricing on the company’s existing first-lien term loan is Libor plus 325 basis points with a 0.5% Libor floor.
Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of HomeWiseDocs, a provider of software solutions to property management companies.
Thoma Bravo is the sponsor.
RealPage is a Richardson, Tex.-based provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry.
