Realogy starts roadshow for $700 million eight-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., Jan. 24 - Realogy Corp. began a roadshow on Monday for a $700 million offering of eight-year senior secured notes (/CC/), according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price late in the Jan. 24 week.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to prepay a portion of the company's extended term loans.

Realogy is a Parsippany, N.J.-based provider of real estate and relocation services.
