S&P: Real Mex on developing watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed its ratings, including its B corporate credit rating, on Real Mex Restaurants Inc. on CreditWatch with developing implications.

The company's B- senior secured debt is also on developing watch, S&P said.

The rating action follows the company's announcement that it plans to engage financial advisors to assist in exploring strategic alternatives, the agency added.
